ALL OF OUR PATIENTS HAVE A NOMINATED GP

Every patient registered with a UK GP surgery, is required to be allocated to a named GP.

The named GP works with relevant health and social care professionals to deliver a multi-disciplinary care package that meets the needs of the patient.

Patients do not need to consult their named GP when booking an appointment, as a patient's needs will usually indicate the most appropriate clinician to see but we will always consider a patient's wishes, should a specific clinician be requested.

If you do not know the name of your nominated GP, please contact the surgery and we can provide this information for you.
